At Life Springs Family Chiropractic, there are no long-term contracts or obligations.
If you are not satisfied with your care, we are happy to refund any unused funds remaining in your account at any time.
Refunds are available for any prepaid services that have not yet been rendered.
You are responsible only for services already provided, and any remaining balance will be returned promptly upon request.
We believe in transparency, flexibility, and supporting your health journey with confidence.
Our 24-Hour Policy
At Life Springs Family Chiropractic, we value your time, the time of our team, and the care of all our patients.
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any fees.
If notice is given less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if an appointment is missed without notice (also known as a "No Call/No Show"), the full appointment fee will be charged.
This policy helps us maintain availability for all patients and respect the time reserved for your care.

At Life Springs Family Chiropractic, we are committed to respecting your time, our team's schedule, and the care of all our patients.
We kindly ask that you arrive within at the time of your scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that all patients receive the attention and care they deserve.
