Try breathing in comfortably for about four seconds and breathing out for about six seconds.
Repeat this for five breaths without forcing it.
Then notice how you feel.
Did your shoulders drop?
Did your jaw relax?
Does your heart rate feel different?
Do you feel slightly less rushed?
